Who needs an event planner?

Planning an event and tracking every detail is a time consuming process that can very often prevent you from enjoying your own party.  Costs have a tendency to get out of control when details are missed and tasks are pushed to the last minute.  If you don’t have the time it requires to organize and track each important step of an event, you could benefit from hiring an event planner. 

What exactly will an event planner do?
From the very first planning stages right through to the breakdown and cleanup, we are there every step of the way so you don’t have to be.  Strategic planning, timing, coordinating and organization are crucial to pulling off a flawless event.  We work diligently to assure that every detail is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

Can I afford this?
Yes.  Our services actually help you get the most for your dollar through our years of experience, creative solutions and valuable relationships with dozens of service providers.  You don’t need to throw money at an event to make it a success - it’s simply a matter of finding the most suitable venue, the best vendors and creating the perfect ambiance to fit the tone and mood you desire.  Most of these tasks are much easier with experience and an eye for design.  That’s were we come in.  We can help you create an event that doesn’t break your budget but will surpass your expectations.  We may even come in under budget!

What’s the first step?
The first step is to set up a tone meeting with our designer to hear your thoughts on the type of event you want to create.  Don’t worry if you don’t have any concrete ideas at this point, we understand that sometimes it is easier to brainstorm as a team.  We will help you articulate your vision for the event and you will start to get a basic sense of how the event will “feel”.  At this point we will discuss budget and number of guests, understanding that both of these could change later in the process.

What happens on the day of the event?
We will be there, behind the scenes, to receive all deliveries, set up, trouble shoot, pay vendors, guide staff, and assure that all goes well so your can enjoy your much anticipated party.  And of course we wouldn’t miss the cleanup and breakdown process!

Billing/Payment
Our prices for event planning are very reasonable and competitive.  Consultations only for smaller events are billed at an hourly rate of $95/hour with a 2 hour minimum.
